BASSETT, Julius Obituary, Apr. 13, 1899

The remains of Julius Bassett, who died at the home is his son, Prof. J. Anthony Bassett, of Richfield Springs, arrived Monday for interment at Deer River. Mr. Bassett was a resident of this town for many years, and was highly respected in this community, where he was so favorably known. He was aged about 65 years. His remains were accompanied by his widow and Prof. J. Anthony Bassett, who are left to mourn the loss of a kind husband and indulgent parent.
