Holden, Alonzo, Obituary

Alonzo Holden, an old soldier, residing in Ionia, died on Thursday. He owned a pet dog which he highly prized. Shortly after his death the dog went into his room several times where he was laid out and took a look at his master's remains. He then went to the porch of the house, laid down and died.
