A list of the pastors of the church follows, which covers the years occupied by the church records, which have been transcribed. The dates which follows the pastors' names cover the periods that they served the church. The church records are the only authority for this list. The records of the Presbyteries to which this church has belonged have not been consulted. They are: Albany (1800), Oneida (1802) and Otsego (1819).
- ISAAC LEWIS, June 16, 1800 to Oct. 6, 1805. Installed, Oct. 1, 1800. Last meeting when he acted as Moderator was on Aug. 30, 1805.
- WILLIAM NEILL, Sept. 23, 1806 to July 30, 1809. Called, Mar., 1806. Ordained and installed, Sept. 23, 1806. Last meeting when he acted as Moderator was on Jan. 12, 1809.
- JOHN SMITH, Feb. 7, 1811 to Mar. 4, 1834. Was present at meeting of Session, Jan. 9, 1811. Ordained and installed, Feb. 7, 1811. On Mar. 4, 1834, he applied for a dissolution of the pastoral relation, which the Session granted.
- ALFRED ELDERKIN CAMPBELL, Nov. 25, 1834 to Nov. 1847. Elected pastor Nov. 24, 1834; installed, Nov. 25. Last acted as Moderator on Apr. 3, 1847. The date of the termination of his pastorate is not clear; he may have supplied the church for a few months afterwards.
- CHARLES KING MC HARG, Feb. 27, 1849 to July 10, 1850. Commenced his labors, July 22, 1848; called Aug. 22, 1848. Ordained and installed, Feb. 27, 1849. Pastoral relation dissolved by the Presbytery of Otsego, July 10, 1850. He was present at meeting of Session, on Aug. 25, 1850, when his wife was dismissed to the First Presbyterian Church in Syracuse.
- J. ADDISON PRIEST, June 25, 1851 to Jan. 1, 1855. Elected pastor, Jan. 27, 1851; a Licentiate of the Presbytery of Cayuga. On Oct. 16, 1854, the Presbytery of Otsego dissolved the pastoral relation to take effect, Jan. 1, 1855. Ordained and installed, June 25, 1851.
- SAMUEL W. BUSH, June 4, 1855 to July 1, 1862. Elected, Apr. 16, 1855. Commenced his labors, June 4, 1855; installed, Oct. 31, 1855. Pastoral relation dissolved by the Presbytery, June 10, 1862, to take effect on July 1.
