BENNETT, Lydia, Obituary

In Bethany, Mrs. Lydia Bennett, consort of the late James Bennet, in the 75th year of her age. She was the mother of 16 children, 14 of whom were reared to manhood. She died after a lingering illness of two years, in which she envinced the most remarkable patience and resignation to the will of her heavenly Father. After mentioning the loving kindness of the Lord to her and her family, and after being worn down by disease to the helplessness of an infant, she fell asleep in Jesus, June 28. [Communicated.].
