CANFIELD, Alfred A. Obituary, Sept. 27, 1905

Alfred A. Canfield, aged seventy-three years, died in the Binghamton State Hospital this morning. Besides the wife, one son Archie E. of Corning survives. Mr. Canfield was with the Prudential Insurance Company for twenty-two years. Funeral services will be held at the home, corner William and Clinton Streets Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock, with Rev. George H. Haigh officiating. The interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery and the Red Men, of which the deceased was a member, will have charge of the services at the grave.
