LANSING

		"This monument was erected in 1900, by the grandchildren
		of Jacob W. and Helena W. Lansing, in memory of the 
		Lansing Family, whose ancestors came from Holland
		early in the 17th Century, and Settled in this part of
		the state".

LANSING		William M. Born, May 12, 1774, died Jan. 23, 1858

		Jacob W., son of William M., born Sept. 7, 1795, died, Nov. 5, 1848.

		Helena W., wife of Jacob W., born Jan. 13, 1794, died Dec. 24, 1843.

		Alida M., dau of Jacob W. and Helena W., b. July 28, 1816, d. May 17, 1853

		Isaac J., son of Jacob W. and Helena W., b. Oct. 28, 1823, d. Oct. 12, 1844

		Sarah J., dau. of Jacob W. and Helena W., b. Aug. 23, 1827, d. April 19, 1831

		Dauw J., son of Jacob W. and Hellena W., b. June 23, 1834, d. June 20, 1843.

		Isaac W., son of William M., b. May 13, 1798, d. Jan. 28, 1839

		Eleanor W., his wife, b. Nov. 13, 1798, d. Jan. 9, 1871.

BECKER		Helen, dau. of J. and A.M. Becker, d. Apr. 3, 1841, age 10 mos. and 6 days.

NOTE:		"Abraham Lansing owns and carries on the Brick House
		Farm, just west of Vail's Mills, where he located 
		in 1868. He was born in Johnstown, Oct. 6, 1817.
		He was the son of Isaac Lansing, who was born in
		Lansingburgh, Rensselaer Co., N.Y., 1779". d. Jan 27, 1847.
